As a single mother of two, I learned to make decisions and to face challenges head on. I took my listening skills from my time working as a daycare provider, my keen eye for design and marketing from my time working as a buyer at The Pottery Barn, and I used these skills to start my Real Estate business.  Affiliating with Coldwell Banker puts me at the forefront of innovation and marketing throughout the Real Estate industry. I've lived in the Hudson Valley most of my life and I love it-and now every day I get to share that with my clients.  I am an expert negotiator, and someone who sees solutions instead of problems. 

Moving from your home is not always easy, I understand that.  My clients know they can always trust me, that I will always be honest in my dealings with them. That kind of trust goes a long way and is one of the leading factors to my success.  I've been described as a force of nature with my never-ending positivity, my high energy and ability to make everyone comfortable and at ease. 

With my continued success over the last 18 years, I knew it was time to expand. Forming the Candace D'Addario Homes Team is the easiest decision I have ever made. Our mantra is simple; work hard, dream big, and stay loyal.  Working together, our team handles all the details of the buying and/or selling process. Our clients are everything to us, and we are building long term relationships.  Known for our champagne toasts and Jumping Sold celebrations upon closing, we continue to help our clients see their dreams become reality. 

When I am not working, I enjoy yoga, reading, boating and travel. I also devote time to charities including the Special Olympics and Friends of Karen.
